How to load nib file for UIView ?

NSArray *screens=[[NSBundle mainBundle] loadNibNamed:@"mynib" owner:self options:nil];          
[self addSubview:[screens objectAtIndex:0]];

You should add these lines in init method of your UIView implementation (.m) file.
